Aims of the workshop
- To make participants familiar with R for statistical analysis,
- To introduce participants to the use of Bayesian methods, Markov chain Monte Carlo, and their application in OpenBUGS
- To demonstrate the use of OpenBUGS from R.
Audience
About 30 particpants, viz. scientists from various institutes in India, the UK and Nigeria,
epidemiologists and medical professionals, researchers, postgraduate students.
